1. Summary of E-POPS Subscribe Subscription Offer:
You will receive 10% off our epopsinc.com retail pricing on Subscription orders. This offer is valid on Subscription orders on epopsinc.com only. When available, free samples will be shipped with your Subscription order. If you sign up for our Newsletter, you’ll get early access to new products. Free shipping applies to orders over $25, net of tax and discounts. This offer is available on products displaying the Subscription offer message on the product/item page, and is available for in-stock products only while supplies last. This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. Wholesale orders and one-time orders are excluded. Void where prohibited by law. You will receive 15% off your first Subscription order and on all subsequent Subscription orders. This offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. 2. Acceptance of Subscription Terms:
By signing up for a Subscription, you accept these Subscription Terms as a legally binding agreement with E-POPS in full and agree that each of your Subscriptions will automatically renew and each Subscription order will automatically be processed, shipped, and charged to your credit card or debit card on a recurring basis as selected by you until you cancel your Subscription. These Subscription Terms (together with the other documents expressly referenced above and in this paragraph) constitute the entire agreement between you and E-POPS relating to each of your Subscriptions. Please note that your purchases made through your Subscriptions also are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Use or “Use Terms”, and Privacy Statement, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the epopsinc.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Subscription Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Sale, Use Terms, or any other documents, these Subscription Terms will govern with respect to any matters relating to any of your Subscriptions. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these Subscription Terms will have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Sale or Use Terms, as applicable.
3. Account Requirement:
You must have an account with us at epopsinc.com in order to set up a Subscription and have a valid email address. An account can be created while checking out with Subscription products or before checkout by visiting My Account. If you have shopped with epopsinc.com in the past but didn’t create an account, please use the email address used previously to create your new account. Using your previously used email address will associate your past orders with your newly created account. You can sign up for the Newsletter when you create an account or at any time.
4. Shipping:
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, and Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship to FPO, international locations, or United States territories or protectorates. Shipping is $7 per order for orders less than $25, net of tax and discounts. Free shipping applies to orders over $25, net of tax and discounts.
5. Cancellations:
Your Subscriptions will remain in effect from the date the first order was processed until it is cancelled. You can cancel or pause at any time. To cancel a Subscription, log into My Account. From the account dashboard menu, click on ‘Manage My Subscription’. Here you will see a list of your product Subscriptions. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ next to the item you’d like to cancel. Confirm you’d like to cancel the product by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’ in the next window. If you are subscribed to multiple products, you’ll need to cancel each product individually using the above steps. If your remaining Subscription order total falls below $40, net of tax and discounts, you will be charged $7 for shipping or you can add other items to the order until it is above $40 in order to receive free shipping.
To pause a Subscription, log into My Account. From the account dashboard menu, click on ‘Subscriptions’. Here you will see a list of your product Subscriptions. Click ‘Pause Subscription’ next to the item you’d like to pause. Confirm you’d like to pause the product by selecting your desired date you’d like your shipment to resume in the next window.
We cannot guarantee requests for changes or cancellations once you receive your Subscription order confirmation, because we try to prioritize promptly processing and shipping your order. Please contact E-POPS at hello@epopsinc.com for assistance if you want to request cancellation or changes to a pending order.
6. Payment:
Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Subscriptions. Gift certificates, e-Gift certificates, gift cards, and PayPal will not be accepted. The credit card or debit card used to set up the initial Subscription order will be charged for subsequent orders or as otherwise directed by you. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing a Subscription order, you authorize us to charge your credit card or debit card for subsequent Subscription orders from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the next shipment date. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request.
7. Combination With Other Offers:
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
8. Out of Stock Items:
If a Subscription product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive email notifications on days 1, 15, and 30. If the subscription order has a frequency of fewer than 30 days, the order will be canceled before the next scheduled subscription order date. The out of stock subscription product will ship when the item is back in stock, or if you have a frequency of fewer than 30 days the product will be shipped on its next order cycle. You will continue to receive Subscription shipments for other products you have set up, if any. If the remaining in stock Subscription(s) fall below $25, net of tax and discounts, you will be charged $7 for shipping or you can add other items to the order until it is above $25 in order to receive free shipping.
9. Discontinued Items:
If your future Subscription order includes a discontinued item, you will be notified via email and informed of the change. Any remaining Subscription(s) that fall below $25, net of tax and discounts, will be charged $7 for shipping or you can add other items to the order until it is above $25 in order to receive free shipping.
10. Program Changes:
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges). We reserve the right to change these Subscription Terms at any time and to discontinue the Subscription program at any time for any reason. These Subscription Terms may be revised at any time and from time to time by updating this document. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to these Subscription Terms. YOUR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT UNDER A SUBSCRIPTION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CHANGES MADE TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS PRIOR TO THAT PURCHASE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
